Terms of Service

Welcome to DILAAVEZ. By accessing or placing an order on dilaavez.com, you agree to the following terms.

DILAAVEZ is an online retailer of artificial and costume jewellery, shipping across Pakistan. You can reach us at [hello@dilaavez.com](mailto:hello@dilaavez.com) or +92 339 0118070.

• Placing an order on our site is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or pricing was listed in error).
• Order confirmation is sent after you check out; for bank transfer orders, confirmation follows verification of your payment screenshot sent via WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer, as shown at checkout. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order.

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping page and are not guaranteed.

• All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available under the conditions set out in our Return & Exchange Policy.

• We do our best to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

• All content on this site — including photos, text, and logos — belongs to DILAAVEZ and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• DILAAVEZ is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
